You don’t know what “act” means in this context. He is doing plenty which is above surface and more is beneath it.
You must think the AG’s job is to publicize actions. He cannot do so as a matter of law. If he said very much at all he would jeopardize any ongoing case by spoiling the jury pool.
That bring up another thing the Impatient and Impractical have a habit of ignoring - the near impossibility of finding a Grand Jury to indict and a Petty Jury to convict. We are talking about DC. Would they be concerned about the Clinton Crime Family enough to indict? Guess.
That should bring another point to mind. We cannot have an action occur which is not successful. Trump would be destroyed by a failure which would then be seen as a political witch-hunt.
Sometimes the thinking around here is very shallow and dashed expectations/hopes overcome sensible thinking.
How would you know, if the point is that he is not supposed to “publicize”. There are other indicators that would illustrate action versus words. Those indicators are unlit. Grand Juries need not be empaneled in a specific geographical location. Without a Grand Jury, there are other means and manners to an end. In two years, the status quo will be....the status quo, as things begin to be shaping up. The usual “be patient” hogwash is no longer acceptable. The paradigm has shifted. let the DC swamp inhabitants come to recognize that fact.
