This is where the problem is - judges either making up law from the bench or refusing to uphold federal laws - which "trump" state and local laws.
Trump can't appoint federal judges quickly enough and Ginsburg and Kennedy need to retire from SCOTUS.
And yet the voters that put them there are let off the hook?
Maybe people on our side need to stop voting for a person because they were in the military at some point or because they can recite a Bible verse or because their wife and kids have really bright teeth.
In fact, I’ve yet to see any uprising by the voters that sent these freaks to DC at all.
FOX just reported that Obama commuted more than 1,700 convicted of crimes!
Yep He was doing his job . . . unlike “Chelsea” MANning
Or Marc Rich
Why is this in breaking news? It happened Friday. There’s been a dozen threads on it since...
“Theyre a lot quicker to pounce on Trump than Obama.”
Did they ever pounce on Obama?
At least in Europe, before the Brexit vote, the EU had ENOUGH BRAINS to lighten up a bit on some of their insane regulations (like maximum wattage of a tea kettle...as if that saves energy). They wanted the vote to go their way, so they didn’t give the Brexit bunch much new fodder.
But these CLOWNS in D.C. seem totally f’d up. They already have two RINOs trailing in their re-elections (Flake and Heller), in large part because 75% of Republicans still support Trump and expect our leaders to do the same.
But they don’t. They seem to wait for the Left to explode over their next ‘outrage’ and then join them. Whereas if they simply said “no comment”...that’s all...”no comment”, we wouldn’t be near as angry as we are. But they cannot help themselves. So they shall pay.
>Did they ever pounce on Obama?
If by pounce you mean offer to please him in a sexual manner, then yes I’d say they pounced for Obama on a regular basis.
McCain, Graham, Corker, McConnell, Collins, Flake, et al are the Republicans. WE are the RINOs.
Traitorous, treacherous, money sucking leeches all of them!!!
He and Alexander believe they are entitled to their offices until they pass from this life. See Saw Corker and LaModerate Alexander are backed by the states newspapers which have Ultra Liberal Editors and ownership. The last election Corker ran in I voted for the rouge DEM who was more Conservative.
Primary them in 2018 there are only four I think...get them out and scare the hell out of the others..
Last year would have been better, but yesterday will do.
There is an awful lot of whining for someone being pardoned for a misdemeanor.
“Yes, better they switch officially to Democrat, even if it means Congress is briefly Democrat, so that voters will have clearer choice next election.”
No need to. Unless conservative candidates emerge, are well financed and can run a campaign, nothing will change. The biggest thing challengers have going for them is the incumbents will have nothing to run on and the Democrats have even less. There is not one campaign ad an incumbent can run to show party loyalty.
It’s over for the RINO’s. Question is, who will step up?
Where were these RINOS when obama pardoned or commuted sentences? (crickets)
President Trump was courageous to do this, knowing the aftermath of political fury that would be unleashed by his opponents and critics and open-border enthusiasts.
I have met Joe Arpaio several times when I lived in Arizona. As an elected official, he would give talks to community groups that I was a member of. He was a very popular man and always won re-election by large majorities of the voters.
His downfall was the open-border activists and politicians, including, Obama, Holder, McCain, Flake, and democRATS, et. al. The voters loved him and the politicians hated him.
Joe Arpaio enforced federal immigration laws under authority of the feds, that is until Obama was elected and they wanted him to stop doing what they were supposed to be doing, but didn't.
So, as was the typical response by Obama and his American-hating minions, they went after Joe to stop his effectiveness or stop him completely by getting him out of office and/or send him to prison....for enforcing the law of the land.
Does anybody see the similarity with what the Left is doing to Trump since elected? The same exact thing. Render him moot or better yet, kick him out of the Oval Office and/or send him to prison.
This was a good decision by Trump.
>
Either We (the People) are Republicans, or they (the Rinos) are Republicans. But we can’t both be. The chasm between us is just too deep and too wide.

IMO, you’ve to ask that question, after so many years/signs....Where’s the RNC ‘leadership’ cracking down on their members? Threatening to pull support/funding??
Hitch onto the party of the lesser-of-two and attempt to steer from the rear. Maybe some will finally wake up.
We’re seeing how just ONE person from the “outside” is being treated; what must it be like for the one-in-535? where the brow-beating must be BRUTAL. Course, we *NEVER* hear of the ‘horror stories’, too much battered-wife-syndrome (and $$/perks), I’d suspect.
