San Francisco — Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi released the following statement denouncing the violent protests carried out this weekend in Berkeley, California:
“Our democracy has no room for inciting violence or endangering the public, no matter the ideology of those who commit such acts. The violent actions of people calling themselves antifa in Berkeley this weekend deserve unequivocal condemnation, and the perpetrators should be arrested and prosecuted.
“In California, as across all of our great nation, we have deep reverence for the Constitutional right to peaceful dissent and free speech. Non-violence is fundamental to that right. Let us use this sad event to reaffirm that we must never fight hate with hate, and to remember the values of peace, openness and justice that represent the best of America.”
She probably sees that Antifa is actually helping Trump. Otherwise, she wouldn’t give a damn.

Both. The Antifa groups have gone beyond what the Dems/MSM wanted and they have now seen what the majority of normal Americans are repulsed by them. And they now see that Pres. Trump was absolutely correct to condemn both the far right and the far left,(Dem party/MSM).

WASHINGTON – U.S. Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) today released the following statement regarding the president’s most recent comments on the violence in Charlottesville:“We cannot accept excuses for white supremacy and acts of domestic terrorism. We must condemn them. Period.”

It’s not surprising that Pelosi would condemn Antifa before the likes of Ryan and Romney. The Democrats have some motivation for distancing themselves from all this bad press Antifa is generating for themselves. The likes of Ryan and Romney only know how to act like confused, scared kittens.
