Interior Security Minister Gilad Erdan (Likud) said that Israel will completely cut off funding from the United Nations and bar its representatives from entering Israel should they publish a blacklist against companies operating in Judea and Samaria.
"If a blacklist is published listing companies operating in Judea and Samaria - Israel will completely cease its participation in the UN budget and significantly reduce the entry of its representatives to Israel" ...

The US should also cut all funding and bar the UN from our shores as of yesterday.
Hope they publish it.
With any luck it will be the beginning of the end for this rathole of outlandish vermin, sweepings from the world’s tyrannical sewers of monstrous third world cesspools called the UN.
Totally agree with all your comments!
Kick the unitednazis out of Israel asap! Hopefully USA will follow suit
I totally agree, but the US does not have the fortitude.
I would like.to see Congress pass legislation requiring the US government to give first priority in procuring goods and services to companies on a blacklist published by the UN, any other NGO, or their affiliates.Similaregislation in the states that have passed anti-BDS legislation.
Well, if they piss off the UN, it might make the fondest wet-dream of the SJWs come true, and that is to see the UN rescind its 1948 recognition of an Independent Israel.
Of course, those same SJWs seem to think this would suddenly make Israel wither away like a salted slug. :P
Israel should do that anyway. and so should we
Smart move, we need to ditch them too. More like UM now, ‘United Muslims’
Funding from or to the UN? Headline doesn’t match the quote in the text.
Unintended consequences: the companies that have had to move out of the area hurts all the Arab employees that lose their jobs worse.
They hope the UN will declare for the Palestinians, and order Israel to pack up and leave.
Which would be funny, except that they might also request an armed intervention. We (the US) would veto that, but you never know.
THE USA SHOULD SAY WE WILL DO THE SAME

Common sense, though a solidary action. The US and EU will condemn BDS, and condemn payment for terrorists. Then send money to finance both. Not much Israel can do about that.
That's not the problem. While there is a current bill in Congress, there have been anti foreign boycott on the books for about 40 years. It's illegal to comply with a foreign boycott if designated by the State Department as an illegal boycott. Passed in response to the Arab boycott. The key, the State Department, which I believe is part of the Executive Branch. American companies and individuals could be barred from cooperating with BDS in the next 15 minutes. It's up to the Executive Branch.
Neither the UN, nor Europe, nor the US cares a whit about that. Nor do the Arab states. Or pretty much anyone else.
Other perhaps than Netanyahu. For many years he's advocated economic development in Judea and Samaria, employing Arabs, and encouraging Arab entrepreneurship. The idea has never caught on.
