I hope she is brave and testifies. Does she have a right to carry a firearm? If not then I hope she sues. Could she sue politicians personally for anti-CCW positions? I hate when the state is sued and tax payers foot the bill. But, this is California and the voters elect these idiots every election so maybe they could be personally be sued too.

I expect that she will testify if and when someone is charged and prosecuted. It’s going to be extremely difficult to investigate this. Maybe as a member of the DA’s office she could be eligible for CCW.

DAs can almost universally CC. Even in court. Don’t know CA’s law
