I’m guessing if a specific site is directly entered in search, it will produce the result. However, it will not be included in more general suggested results, or perhaps de-prioritized. that’s what I’m thinking, anyway.

That would depend on your browser. You need to change the preferences in your browser, to use a different search engine.

The procedure is slightly different for each browser. If you know which browser you are using use Google against itself. Search "how do I change the default search engine using . Then say goodbye to Google. They are run by committed leftists.

Google has announced they will be doubling down on their ‘Orwellian’ practice of making STORIES disappear from their monopolistic search engine.

Far be it from me to defend Google. I hate them. But it looks like they've only removed 400 stories they don't approve of, not 400 websites. Is that correct or have I misread something? If not, I'd be interested in knowing exactly what those 400 stories are.

Perhaps these sites are on their “heavily monitored” list, and they selectively choose which stories to include in their search and which ones they want to censor. It is hard to tell by just doing a sample story search because it might not be one of their censored stories. I don’t know.
