As we look back at the previous Kenyan Administration,it’s apparent that this is exactly what they wanted. It took a little time to transpire but a race war and stark divisions among American people is mission accomplished/transformation as planned.
Every white in the country is racist. Good to know Ta-Nehisi Coates has unmasked the enemy.
I thought Obama brought us to a blissful post-racial paradise? Then you would be wrong because in the opinion of the above writer, America’s true nature remains unchanged.
And Trump is its epigone. The Left has gone around a bend and in the world view, the original sin is America itself.
Sad. Very sad. Because nothing gets done while people are hating each other. People are too angry to listen. It is truly a step backwards.
IMO, I think that it is a diversion tactic for the failure of the Democrat party. The urban areas are almost exclusively controlled by Democrats and their “social engineering projects” are very clearly failing. Failing miserably in some areas. So, the Democrats need to focus the spotlight somewhere else and away from their failures. Otherwise, they’d get blamed.
The most logical entity to blame is racism — institutional racism. Large, broad generalizations. That way, an individual is not blamed because an individual might fight back.
The causes of the failures in the urban areas are obvious. The solutions are not so easy. But first, you have to admit to your failures before you can take the next step which will never happen. So the inner cities will continue to spiral, endlessly.
But Democrats like it because they have someone else to blame — “it is not my fault. Its racism.”

Barack Obama’s daddy wasn’t a citizen, he wasn’t even legally married to Barack’s mama. Unless muslim bigamy or polygamy are ok.
Barry was raised abroad in Indonesia and then in Hawaii by his Unitarian grandmother and mentored by Communists.
Hillary began the Birther question although Barry himself had muddied the waters regarding his nation of origin when it was beneficial for him as an author and candidate (and possibly even a college student).
There is no doubt that racism was commonplace in America - especially but not exclusively within the Democrat Party - half a century ago. But then, America isn’t unique in that regard; there are major cultures in which the word “foreigner” connotes “devil.” So anyone who is concerned about racism would be well advised to start their search for it within.Which is the very last thing most Democrats would seriously consider.
I look forward to the phrase “pure as the driven snow” being remade as “evil as the driven snow”, since new-fallen snow is the color of the Privileged Oppressors without whom the world would be a sweet, gentle, civilized place.

Technically he may be right, it is probable that had Donald Trump been black and all else equal he would not have been elected because people may have believed he would be another Obama.
