If you read some of the stories under the linked article, a frequent talking point is the impact of social media, especially Twitter, as a primary cause of how fast the far left is moving even farther left. It’s a noticeable shift virtually on weekly basis.
In fact, the left in this country is reaching the point where a famous question from This Is Spinal Tap comes to mind:
“It’s like, how much more left could they go? And the answer is none. None more left.”
My pet conspiracy theory is that Twitter was invented
for this very purpose.
It is slowly but surely gaining mainstream access that climate deniers along with other left offenders should be jailed, fined, or assaulted. Currently there is very little push-back against this discussion.
Everyone fully understands that if you hold Conservative views in Hollywood you will not work.
Recently some Leftist idiot stated that he wouldn't be disappointed if Betty DeVoss was sexually assaulted.
Look at the police forces that are standing down all over and allowing physical violence and property damage.
Right now Donald Trump and a Republican Congress (marginally so) are holding back the tide. And we all know how Obama funded the reactionary left, directed the IRS to attack, and worked daily to "remake America".
