It clearly seems that way.
However, it’s such a blatant disregard for his promise, it’s hard to believe he’d go through with it especially when he has yet to put Americans first with much of anything, though no fault of his own on the O’care fail.
That’s an interesting point of view and would not be surprised.
Under normal circumstances DACA would die on the vine even if the court doesn’t end it. Now who knows. I’m betting they punt this till after the midterms, slow roll any deportations, then shove something through that Trump can’t veto. It’ll be the end of any chance for him in 2020.
We need the RAISE Act, the wall, a beefed-up ICE and CBE, an end to chain migration, and an end to birthright citizenship. Then we need to start jailing those who employ illegals and cut off their benefits.
If we could get all that but we have to let some of the Dreamers stay to get it, would you make that deal?
Trump to feed Schumer and Pelosi to the lions for dinner.
There fixed it for you.
Oh come on! Congress will run together to pass a DREAM act this time. They all want it. They’ll all pat each other on the back and talk about what a great job they all did.....and Trump will sign it.
They cant/won’t pass a darn thing that helps American citizens but they’ve all been waiting to help foreigners. It’s the one thing they all agree on.
Just watch.
Fix this:
One week after allying himself with Democratic congressional leadership on efforts to raise the debt limit and provide money for hurricane relief, President Donald Trump will host the Senate and House Minority Leaders Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi for dinner at the White House to discuss DACA and health care Wednesday night.
Trump’s newfound working relationship with Schumer and Pelosi comes to the chagrin of some Republicans who last week opposed the bipartisan three-month deal to keep the government running. The president worked with Democrats despite a competing strategy backed by GOP leadership and Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin to push for a longer deal.
