There is no evidence for that claim. Trump and Netanyahu’s first known contact was about 2013, when Trump made an ad endorsing Netanyahu in Israel’s elections.
What is true is that Fred Trump was beloved by the working class Jews of NYC. Netanyahu was educated in America and traveled in wealthy circles. Remember how Mitt Romney also claimed they were good friends?
Netanyahu as UN Ambassador in NYC certainly may have known the Trumps, but it’s pretty clear they weren’t best buds.
