I've been told that at the top of the pyramid are the people that run the people that sit on the board of the Bank of International Settlements - but I don't know that for a fact. It does make sense to me that ruling from the shadows would be the best plan if you're were playing a deadly game for all the marbles.

Thanks for the graphics, GT. I’ve heard this about the Bank of International Settlements as well. I believe the power people are mostly descended from familial dynasties, with a few new players added now and again....but who really knows...except them!
