That would be why he didnt pass the bar exam. If you put a person with Top Secret clearance under oath in a PUBLIC hearing he is allowed and expected to NOT DISCLOSE secret information. This is what circumstance Clapper was in. Never ever get any form of conviction. Bet on it.
