At some point the blacktivists are going to realize that when these cops are charged with 1st degree murder (to satisfy the low-IQ mob), the government knows it is almost impossible to make such a charge stick. When these ‘hoodrats realize this, they’ll eventually settle for manslaughter, etc.
The cop was smart to request the bench trial; a judge is accountable for his decision, and nobody can hide behind the unpredictability of a jury.
Before we had Law Enforcement Officers they were Peace Officers and had NO UNION and were fully accountable for thier actions. If a Peace Officer shot an Unarmed Person HE(there were no Women Cops) was Terminated and Prosecuted for Manslaughter, the Standard Sentence was 5 years. This was in California.
