I believe the son did say his father molested him. There is still someone on FR who posts links to some BS source that claims Sandusky was framed. Anything to try to protect St. Joe Paterno.

I remember an episode of CSI Miami that had a Kennedy like family, drunkards and rapists who had enough power to be protected by the politicians.
At the end of the show the leader of the family asked “how do we stop this behavior”.
“Stop breeding” was the answer he was given. About sums it up.
What made that episode stick in my mind was it came out about the time that a Kennedy cousin (Smith?) was accused of a rape and murder that had happened around ten years before.
He clearly learned it at Papa’s (echh) knee.
It doesn’t have to be. You can be molested and not re-enact. Nor feel the urge to hurt children.
