Virtually no communication coming out of Dominica. Very ominous. We visited Dominica on a cruise back in January. It was a BEAUTIFUL island. They've only very recently opened up for tourist. This direct hit will surely set them back.

Spent a week in Anguilla some years ago. Our fabulous housekeeper was from Dominica, and very proud of her homeland.
