Simply an indication of the almost total lack of brains in the group of thugs. That's why they're thugs.

Didnt Trump own a team? In 1983 he bought the New Jersey Generals for $9 million and made them into a good team in 2 years, but the USFL failed as a league (couldn't compete with the NFL) so that whole thing sputtered out.

You mean when John Riggins beat the Dolphins in 83?
If so I remember that game well. I was a Dolphins fan at the time and Riggins performance was so incredible it became funny. The Dolphins knew he was going to get the ball and run up the middle but he carried it for 4-7 yards every single time. Jeez it was unreal.

Once you’ve made your first million the rest doesn’t matter. They have an interest in the economic pie getting bigger. They just don’t see it.

Makes me even happier that we pulled the plug. Don't miss NFL football or FoxNews at all. Weather, etc, we get from the phone, and if there are any programs we really want to watch, we can always download them.
Yo, Brand "C" cable company, NFL, Murdoch boys, and ESPN: Adios...
Oh yeah, Weather Channel too, I had already forgotten all about you...

I wonder how many of the mega-wealthy team owners realize that it's over, that the point of no return has been passed.
