I think Tillerson was always a horrible choice.
He sodomized the Boy Scouts something terrible by insisting on homosexuals being allowed in.
(Now I do not know anything about Tillerson but....)This is something the Boy Scouts have been mostly countering by quietly asking churches and synagogues to host troupes. By hosting a troupe they set the rules allowed for the troupe on their property. Problem taken care of and boys protected.
