Personally, I can count all the sodas I drink during a year on 1 hand. My kids are the same.
Unless you foolishly swallow toothpaste, you’re exposure is very limited.
No fluride in curreent water supply but use a Black Berkey filter for the tap water I drink/cook/make coffee with. Been using distilled water in irons for decades to keep mineral deposits from gumming up the works.
I don’t drink ANY. LOL...lemonade, pinot grigio, and apple juice for me! (of course, those probably contain the same amount of sugar!)
Weren’t mothers given fluoride prenatally a while back?
Hey, did you know most of the apple juice on store shelves is imported from China and other places....
I read through all of the comments.
I can’t believe no one has said.....
What’s wrong with people today.
It must be something in the water.
Well water from the back yard for keeping the grass green.
I think the town has 5 or 6 wells they pull from. Im sure they just use chlorine like they have for decades. You can smell it once or twice a year. We get a chemical analysis every year in the mail. No natural or added fluoride.
Probably...should i stick to the Pinot Grigio then? :-)
Too much of that juice might get you in a little trouble. lol
I know someone that has a toddler that loves apple juice. She buys her juice at Walmart, brand name is Indian Summer. It’s the only brand on their shelf that is using U.S. apples.
On the front lower label it states the juice is made from U.S. apples.
Hmmmm...fluoridated water for 40-50 years now mst very city...
explains why kids are dumb as soup....
So Alex Jones is right once in a while.
I read every label of everything I buy, including Dog Food! :-)

Indeed, a very wise habit to have.
I’ve also began reading most labels as well.
I’ve been doing it for a while, and it has become a habit.
But, of course, “shopping” takes a LOT Longer! LOL! :-)
Purified and/or natural spring water is better than most municipal waters, but distilled should not be consumed on a regular basis, unless your intention is to leach minerals from your body?
brushing and swallowing are two different issues
Baking soda does an excellent job, and it’s not Poison.
Mandrake! Get over here and feed me this belt!
