Note that the vile, lying pigs at Market Watch do not name the 15 states. Only three states are named, which includes Puerto Rico.
Yes I do. Both Cuomo and Brown are both on record saying that they want to sign the Paris Accord.
Yes. Do you understand that the Federal government has powers that the states do not have?
You are clueless if you believe a state’s environmental target is a treaty.
I'm so glad someone appreciated a bible verse!
The world's move toward lawlessness is amazingly fast and points directly to the end times. For Trump to run as a "Law and Order" candidate drove certain groups crazy. They have tried to turn that into a racist statement. Even criticism of looting is being called racist. Satan seems to be magnifying the racial divide that has existed since The Tower of Babel but now that divide contains a Christian vs heathen component. Is Satan trying to make Christianity out to be a white religion here in the USA and maybe in the Middle East? It almost seems that way.
But regarding delusion, the things that the lost believe are so dark and false and it is not one belief but s whole set of doctrines leading to the pit. Evolution, Global warming, transgenderism, sodomy, envy of anyone with a dollar more than you have, universal pay checks. The anti-biblical themes are endless.
You might not be as conservative as you think you are.
In many cases, I think you are right, but the difference here is that there is no law saying “No State shall recognize the Paris agreement”.
As a matter of fact, California has, and has every right, to set it’s own laws, as long as there is no direct conflict with the Constitution. That’s the way the Founders set it up. For instance, they can claim it’s illegal to kill the red-throated, green-winged, blue-eyed lucidobber, and that’s perfectly within the concept of State’s rights.
They already have environmental laws that are more strict than the EPA, and that’s legal. Hence, you have special “California editions” of automobiles. If they want to abide by the Paris agreement’s provisions, it’s up to them. But - they cannot enter into a treaty and make the US live up to it.
