They did not discriminate against the “gay” persons. Had they been asked to do a photo shoot for any number of events/gatherings for the “gay” couple, they wouldn’t have objected. It was not the “gay couple” that they refuse to serve, it was only the activity, the “gay wedding” that their conscience would not let them serve. They should win their case, eventually.

Sometimes the most briliant points are the most self-evident. . .or is it that we've become so confused, what was self-evident now seems brilliant. Anyway. . .Wuli, you've hit the nail smack dab on the head. It is the behavior we oppose, not the rights of the individual.

Liberals say it is their right to refuse to serve evil haters, but conservatives aren’t allowed to refuse service because their decisions are only based on irrational fear, hatred or ignorance.
And I cannot be certain the swing justice who said there is a constitutional right to same sex marriage will find on the side of freedom of association and belief for conservatives.
