He maintains a harem of slave girls; kills family and friends for pleasure; starves his people into absolute submission; maintains a permanent propaganda campaign covering every aspect of the daily life of his people; lives a thoroughly debauched personal life; literally personally owns the entire country; believes he is invincible.
