After what we’re learning about antics in the Justice Department, the FBI and obozo’s administration, I don’t believe that. There is a motive in everything they do and say to hide it all - no matter the protestations to the contrary. I would like to be proven wrong but there’s not one person/agency/prosecutor/court I trust any longer.

21 months! Ouch...I thought some liberal NY Judge would just give him a slap on the wrist, then again his computer fiasco might be a large part of why Hillary lost so the liberals might hate him as much as everybody else.

The Prosecution requested 21 to 27 as the sentence range out of the 27 possible. The Judge chose the minimum of the requested sentence.
Club Feds shouldn’t even exist. Hopefully, he’ll do his time in Attica or Sing Sing or some such.

It’s hard time for Anthony Weiner.

He will go through Federal Corrections administration for intake, evaluation, identify program participation and cell availability,
and given his lack of violence in his background, and the nature of the crime, he will be assigned to a minimal security correctional facility where other notables reside.
Other sex offender inmates , especially those who have a history of abusing children, violence , or rape
generally spend most of their jail time in "protective custody", at their own request.
Violent sex offenders will generally meet with violence in the correctional system by other inmates.
