BATON ROUGE, LA. Black Lives Matter is a social movement, like the tea party or the civil rights movement, and therefore can't be sued, a federal judge ruled Thursday.
A police officer anonymously sued Black Lives Matter and DeRay Mckesson, a prominent activist in the movement, after being injured by a rock thrown during a protest over a deadly police shooting in Baton Rouge last year.
But U.S. District Judge Brian Jackson dismissed the officer's suit and ruled that Black Lives Matter is not an entity capable of being sued.

Black judge.
Didn’t Soros donate tens of millions of dollars to them?
Of course they can be sued!
Then sue the individual(s).
But they can be shot. Suppressed Ruger 10/22s ftw
Ford Foundation also gave them money.
They have $100 million. They can’t be sued?
Nonsense. Appeal this. Black judge trying to score political points and ‘keep in real.’

Conspiracy to commit crimes.
To include murdering police officers.
Can be sued and should be criminal charged with RICO violations.
The KKK was also a social movement. Didn’t stop them from being sued out of existence.
Pro-life organizations get sued. They are non-profit organizations. Why can’t BLM get sued? Is it because the organization is on the Left? As in some organizations are more equal than others?
Yup, case law is pretty established on this stuff. I remember a legal case from my Civil Procedure class that went all the way up to the Supreme Court. The Plaintiff tried to sue Money Magazine. The Court ruled that he couldn’t sue money, he should have sued the parent company Time/Life. Now, it is very common knowledge that Money Magazine is owned by Time/Life, and it is probably printed near the front of the magazine. It didn’t matter, that’s one of those letter of the law types of things.
If they have a bank account and file a tax return, somebody should be eligible to get sued. After all, our government has made it increasingly difficult for a movement to function without paperwork. Probably a tax-exempt status as well?
They CAN be drove into with SUVs and large heavy vehicles.
Did John Koskinen or Lois Lerner give BLM a taxpayer number or tax-exempt or any of the 501 tax statuses?
BLM has chapters. They have a Baltimore chapter and so on, with officers.
A##hole...they sued the KKK, didn’t they??
Find the tie to the judge and include the judge in the suit.
Sound like a case of judicial misconduct.
