Whether it is gay marriage, transgenderism, health care, or the these appalling national anthem protests, phase one of the left’s fascist propaganda campaign always begins in this way… Hey, just let us do our thing. We are not bothering you. No one is hurting you. We are just expressing ourselves. What do you care? Let us live our lives.
Again and again, though, history informs us that this is nothing more than a ruse, a con, a hustle, a lie—because it never, ever ends there.
Nope, before you know it, the whole idea of live and let live is no longer good enough for the left; before you know it, these worms turn and all of a sudden we are being put out of business for not participating in gay marriages, our daughters are forced to pee next to mentally ill men wearing a skirt, the government is mandating us to buy overpriced health insurance, and sportswriters are shaming and bullying black athletes who refuse to disrespect the American flag.
Yes, that is now happening.
Over at Yahoo, Greg Wyshynski is a sportswriter who covers hockey, and someone who only sees racial bogeymen behind those of us disgusted with crybaby, millionaire athletes openly disrespecting the American flag.

I know a lot of people can paint a racial angle to these protests and to a certain degree that would be correct, but I’m willing to bet there are millions more liberal white-trash who wouldn’t think twice about disrespecting our flag than the black athletes.

That's my problem with modern liberals in a nutshell. They can't be happy doing their own thing unless you either join them or approve of them. Just shut the hell up and go on with your lives and let me go on with mine, thank you.
Colorado used to be at least semi-conservative. I remember it being that way in the 80s.

I’d like to introduce a new term to the political lexicon. Taylor Swift(boating). The left will do this to all celebrities going forward. Bow down or else.
I guess this fits the definition of a ‘conspiracy’ now. The NFL corporate and the Media are now engaged in harmful and deliberate coercion of players to act in a manner disrespectful to the country and it’s institutions. This isn’t about civil rights or the first amendment, it’s about the ability of the government to carry out it’s responsibilities to all people.

Whenever any discussion of racial politics comes up in sports, I always remember one of the most interesting -- and disarming -- interview segments I ever saw an athlete give on the subject.

This brief clip includes one of the most memorable lines you'll ever hear in an interview, when the host mentioned the incident of soccer fans throwing a banana at an African player during a game in Europe back around the time this segment was recorded. Subban's response:
"I'd probably just pick it up and eat it."
LMAO. This guy is awesome.
Greg Wyshynski is just another shitlib journalist who doesn’t have the balls to speak directly to PK Subban, step up and call him an uncle tom to his face. He’d last half a shift on the ice in a beer league.
Either Wyshynski or the author of the Breitbart article apparently doesn't know anything about hockey, either.
Watch any hockey team on the ice during the national anthem, and you'll see most of the players shuffling their feet or even doing small hop-like steps in place. There's nothing disrespectful about it. They do this to avoid wearing ruts in the ice by standing with their skates in the exact same place for the full duration of the national anthem.
I went to this guy’s Twitter site and this Wyshynski guys spends an embarrassing amount of time on it.
Yep ruts and the fact that they haven’t stood still on the ice since they were 3 years old. It’s that way at every level, for every anthem, from any nation.
