An active shooter reportedly on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay bar Hotel in Las Vegas has gunned down at least one police officer and others.
If the President *didn't* respond quickly, the left would accuse him of inattention...soon to be morphed into "complicity".
As it is, I'm surprised that Mueller hasn't tried to link this to "Russia, Russia, Russia" yet.
The interesting thing will be to see, (as the woman's husband seems to be a BIG lefty), if that was a relevant factor; and where the gun(s) came from (e.g. rental in Vegas, stolen military, what have you).
That will affect the media spin attempts.

Mesquite Police Department has no record of any contact with Stephen Paddock whatsoever - not even a traffic stop.
No need to be happy for me (or snide). Just correcting the record with some first hand knowledge. But if it really does make you happy, I’m happy for you too.
Widespread civil unrest isn’t really plausible in the US at current unemployment rates and demographics. You need more young men (aged 16-25) and in particular more unemployed young men in order to have any kind of widespread or sustained civil unrest.

that depends. Is there a door in the hotel that the patrons or employees can go outside and prop it open while they have a cigarette, kinda door? Or a kitchen back door where an Asian lady pushing a cart or something similar through the kitchen wouldn’t be noticed? Any convention rooms with outside access? Inside person opening pool access door? (I’ve been studying a hotel murder and it’s amazing how many places ppl can potentially get in without going through main entrances)

And will probably get you a prime strip view room at the Mandalay Bay on a crowded sold out weekend. Most likely what that card was used for. Does the Mandalay Bay not care that you are not the person who’s name is on the card? Did the Lady check in with him???? Time will tell.
A local representative visited the hospital where most of the victims were admitted. He tweeted that around 92 victims do not have identification on them.
They’re saying his shooting caused his smoke alarm to go off so it was easier to find him.
News saying the perp had 8 guns and 2 apparatuses set up to hold a fire arm.
Per FNC just now: Local LE can’t yet say if LE killed the perp or if it was suicide.
Wondering how sure LE is that they have the perp, the only perp, and not just a dead guy planted in the room.
Just woke up. I can’t believe all the casualties.

thank you. He finally made it home. Said it was only by the grace of God they made it out. He was in the VIP tent just to right of stage with girlfriend and her mother.
I want to ask God’s blessing on all the people who helped get them out as his girlfriend’s mother is in a wheel chair and without help they couldn’t have made it over the debris and wires and stuff in their way.
We both burst into tears when he got out of the car. I feel so sad right now.
