Berkeley students shut down exam, demand 'take-home' instead

Leftist students at the University of California, Berkeley recently attempted to shut down their own mid-term exam, demanding a take-home exam in its place.
As seen in a video posted on YouTube, four students demanded a “take-home essay with significant time to prepare” instead of the scheduled in-class exam, though Professor Harley Shaiken adamantly refused their request.

Jeff Jr is doing his post grad at Berkeley in STEM. he doesn’t see any of this stupidity. honestly this is 1 or 2 special snowflakes who are unemployable anyway and not indicative of Berkeley as a whole. Unfortunately for him, the snowflake stigma will be attached to him as well.

I remember my linear equations class had a take-home mid-term exam that resulted in answers that were 24 pages written. The final was 20 pages written. I would rather have had a simple 2 hour exam instead. Those exams were brutal.
