Don't believe what you see on Faux News. Read for yourself. No, they are not. I know people who own them. I shoot with them. Unless you live in a stupid slave state like NY, NJ, IL, MA, MD, CA, HI, and if you are not a prohibited possessor, and if there is a transferable (previously registered) machine gun available, you can buy it. You will probably wait 12 - 24 months for the ATF to clear the sale, but MACHINE GUNS AREN'T ILLEGAL IN THE US. STOP SAYING THEY ARE.
