I have a right to speak my mind, I have a right to pray to whatever I want to pray too and I have a right to have a gun that can not be infringed. So I’m happy that this dork thinks I can have a gun. Thats great.

Incorrect. The Constitution does not "give" rights. It recognizes our inherent rights as human beings, among which is a fundamental right to bear arms for defense of ourselves, our families, and our property. No document grants that, no document can take that right away.
