Use a glass cutter to remove a 4” hole then clear tape it back in place?
I’m pretty sure Mythbusters busted the myth of movie style glass cutters.

Mandalay Bay also has those little “ventilation strips” that you can slide open if it’s the phobia about air circulating...???
