Interesting - in the first video, the shots are pretty muted and yet the taxi driver was apparently sitting right there at the Mandalay and then they got louder...No wonder there’s so much speculation going on...
I think in the 2nd one it was strobe lights as one comment said - too consistent for muzzle flashes...
And now I see that FReepers discounted the 10th story flashes also...makes sense. Pays to read all the posts!!
