The more you know about bump stocks, the funnier this is.

The more you know about the relationships between the NRA, the Congress, the Media and the Public, the funnier this is.

The NRA knows that a "bump stock" is just a spring with a handle. The NRA knows that anyone could make one with very little effort.

This is a throwaway bone for Congress to pretend they are doing something about the Las Vegas shooter, but passing such a law will have absolutely no effect on the next Las Vegas Shooter.
