The fellow is talking about a single person as a target, not a dense crowd. That changes things completely. That is the sort of target that never happens (anymore) in warfare. Aiming is irrelevant, as the target is not an individual but at worst clumps of people many yards around.
this whole ‘multiple shooters’ or ‘multiple sites’, where are all the other broken windows? did they shoot from the roof top?
i listed to the audio and sure, during a chaotic incident, there are bound to be mistakes, but there were a ton of police claiming different shots from areas away from the hotel and other audio where police noted it was from differing points in the hotel, etc...wish an expert would listen and see if they can clear up the odd audio reports.
