Unfortunately, even if you were able to ‘clean the slate’, with the existing rules and processes in place, you’re back to where you began in no time.
And, IMO, I don’t care WHAT State you’re in/from/going, they’re all on the same path, just at different speeds and the rules will stay the same (govt gotta be govt)
