Started treating adrenal gland instead of pancreas. Won’t work for all. Have ptsd due to X abuse (sodimized with a loaded shot gun). So the adrenal gland is damaged.
There are several video on treating “ Adrenal Fatique”.
The dr from Mayo explained tha AF has gotten a bad rap because it’s been over used. PTSD is a legitament example of a damaged adrenal gland. The one that caught my eye had seven areas to address : (listed under Seven things to do for Adrenal Fatigue )
Taking proper probiotics and enzymes
Essential oils ( lavender-rosemary-peppermint)
VItamins (including E D3 B12 Biotin multi B)
Supplements (licorice root, Gluntamin L, milk thistle. Another source suggested St John Wort and Apple Cider)
Massage therapist
Lessen use of fast sugars
Eat lots of dark veggies
Mild (no extreme ) exercise
Many already were partly in regima For massage I used the chair at pedicure school.( Friends of mine who let me take multiple turns. ) Am now signed up to try some deep muscle therapy.

Good news - Longmire is back! Netflix will air the final season starting Nov. 17. I’ll be camped out in front of the tv that day. Maybe even the week before going through the seasons again. Too bad this will be the end.

I too have not read John Grisham because I rarely read a male author. Yes, Ludlum, Flynn and a FEW others. Tried Patterson and I think he writes like an elementary school kid. Just my opinion. Tried Harlan Coben but again not exciting and challenging. Bought Andrew Britton at the Goodwell but haven’t started it yet.
So sad about your co-worker and her boyfriend. I have lost a couple relatives in the last couple of years to drug overdose. Another was saved and hopefully stay clean.
