Boy, that doesn’t say much for those in Indiana does it? Entertainment over patriotism? Compromise over conservatism? Self indulgence over principle?
Modern humanity sucks.
Fans, including VP Pence, were at this particular game to honor Peyton Manning. There was a statue honoring Manning unveiled yesterday and then his jersey was to be retired at half time today. Peyton, one of the good guys, is much loved by Hoosiers. Too bad the so-called “protest” could not be set aside for one single game. That being said, it would have been nice to see fans leave following the half time ceremony.
