Why would the UAE need F-35? On the other hand it would be neat if they got the Silent Eagle going. Also helmet mounted cueing missile would be a plus. I fear we have no F-15 with that capability in the US though.
No way will they get the F-35. The US has a longstanding policy of leaving Israel with a qualitative advantage against its neighbors, and this would break this promise.
