They should fire him without waiting for him to carry out his promise.

What happened to the days when football stars went back into their communities to visit schools, boys clubs, and big brother organizations to be role models and mentors to our children?

Nowadays, being a role model means leading a protest movement against patriotic symbols of our country?

The NFL needs to follow in the footsteps of the NBA and
include a rule in their rules/regulations that require
standing for the Anthem.

I wasn’t aware that there’s a shortage of able bodied football players. Guys like this don’t even realize that with all of the Obamaroids being recently absorbed into public and private sector jobs there’s little room in the market for more flaming leftists.

Then go!! Take your marbles and return to your ‘urban environment’ that you claim to love so very much.

TITANS TIDBITS:
• Matthews’ father, Andre, is a retired U.S. Marine Corps master sergeant.
• In October 2015, Matthews’ half-brother Christopher Ruiz was killed
while serving as a retired Marine working as a private defense contractor in
Afghanistan. Ruiz served in the Marines for 10 years, and served overseas
in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He was in Afghanistan training locals to fight
for their country, when he was killed. Ruiz was one of six U.S. Airmen and
five other civilian contractors killed in the crash of an Air Force C-130 as it
tried to put down at the Jalalabad Airfield on Oct. 2.
• Matthews wears a bracelet with the words “Forever by my side.” It has
his fallen brother’s name on it, along with the Marines logo. He wears the
bracelet every day.

These mentally defective NFL players and the Hollywood elite are so much like the French Aristocracy of the 1780s. I’m afraid that they are so tone-deaf that they are headed for the same fate. It’s chilling how they ignore the writing on the wall (sorry about all the mixed metaphors).
