Sorry your having to go through so much. My sister-in-law use to spend hours at the hospital having her blood filtered. Too much iron from transfusions. Now she carries a bag that looks like a purse and it filters her blood.

Any idea why your having allergic reactions now?

They think it’s because I’ve tapered way down in my steroids. So now they give me some solumedrol (steroid) with the infusion and add Benedryl as needed. I still get a face rash but it’s gone in 24 hours. I can live with that. Good news is I’m in remission and don’t have to see the doc for 6 months!!.

Must be hard for your sister-in-law. Pretty cool she can take it with her. Glad I don’t have to carry a purse...lol
