Thanks for the post. I agree. Trump has the ability to sense what a large segment of the population is feeling. I read “Alien Nation” long ago and observed that we have let immigrants into the country (legal and illegal) for quite a long time without ever having a public debate over the concept. About time. Trump came along and made this a major part of his agenda. Struck a nerve and obviously distinguished him from his GOP opponents. He won me over on the spot. My liberal friends would have bet dollars to donuts against him, I was in his camp but would not have taken the bet. I believe along with many that the game was rigged and now we see how strongly it is rigged.
I hope we can pull off a house cleaning, but it is clear that it is a massive undertaking.
And to your last point. Never giving up on the second amendment.
I too hope Our President can clean the swamp. However we have a problem with our AG, Sessions refusal to allow a real cleaning. All of the leaders of the FBI were in the investigation of the Uranium sale by the clinton/obama term in office. They are now running an investigation of President Trump’s so called collusion with Russia. I’m wondering why Sessions will not lift a gag order, put on a fellow by nobama.
I wonder too about Sessions. Perhaps they have something on him that we need to learn about.
