I'm actually impressed by the responses of the young people when told the tax plan they endorse is really Trump's. At first they're shocked, but then most admit that anything associated with the name "Trump" is to be immediately dismissed. They seem to convey a bit of chagrin at this. It's almost as though they're admitting that they've been brainwashed.
The positive I take from this is that they now wish to be more open-minded. I really can't ask for anything more from them. Just an open mind, is all we can ask...
The trouble is they're not being taught to use their mind at all. They're just being trained to parrot whatever their professors and friends are saying. Difficult to open a mind that's not even in use.
I’m glad they see the light. But what is disturbing is that they have to be shown it. These kids have no clue as to how they have been brainwashed into being compliant leftist dupes.
