Yeah...I was scratching my head, thinking the same thing...do they grow money on trees in Stockton?
no, Stockton is mostly a rundown dump which has just recently managed to crawl out of municipal bankruptcy for being unable to even pay for its police and fire protection
it has a number of locational and transport attributes, it also has a fine history... it could be resurrected....but right now most investors and potential homebuyers are scared still to move there, so it will take awhile
(i do think it will someday recover, however paying for ZeroCare is absolutely a pipe dream, and a sicko one at that)
