Hope not, unless it’s Dallas. San Antonio just withdrew, and Austin’s real estate market is already unlivably hot.

Sadly I can see Baltimore having a shot. Under Armour is just starting a massive project to build a huge corporate campus. Adding amazon the the mix would be easy and much of the preliminary work is already done. Most of the land is acquired.
