If this involves some kind of distribution facility it would make sense for Amazon to have at least one in the East (PA/NJ),one in the Midwest (MO/IL) and one in the West (NV).
Boston is trying to get this one...and they're using "we have brainy people here" (not an *exact* quote) as the argument.
