Two NYPD cops charged with raping an 18-year-old in police custody

Two New York City Police Department cops were indicted on Friday for first-degree rape after being accused of forcing an 18-year-old woman into having sex while she was in their custody.

The incident occurred inside a police van following the woman's arrest for possession of marijuana and an anti-anxiety drug at Bath Beach in Brooklyn.

According to the young woman, Officers Eddie Martins and Richard Hall drove her to the parking lot of a Chipotle on Sept. 15 where they raped her and forced her to perform oral sex.

Both officers, who currently work as narcotics officers and maintain that the sex was consensual, are expected to turn themselves in, the New York Post reported Friday.

The charges were leveled days after the woman testified before a grand jury hearing. Martins and Hall have been suspended without pay and could each face a maximum of 25 years in prison if convicted.

Jaw-dropping that they would even think for one second that the "consensual" thing would fly. Like an 18-year-old girl would wanna get it on in a police van with two beefy cops who just arrested her. I hope they get the maximum: good and hard.

I would have chain their hands and legs, then pulled them up four flights of metal fire escape stairs, feet first.

Then I would kick them in the family jewels just enough to cause a stomach ache every 15 minutes for 3 days.

After that I would push them out a window letting them fall four stories into a pile of razor wire 5 rolls high and 5 rolls wide.

They could lay in the pile of razor wire for two days in the desert sun and then I would release a flock of crows and 1 gallon of scarabs right next to them.
