Shut down that whole department, and redirect its budget to THE WALL!
You know, I thing a good idea would be for the administration to sh_t-can the whole report, don’t publish it or put it on line as it was (1) released without proper authorization, (2) released without managerial review and (3) released as a “leak” supporting journalistic misbehavior.
Root it all out and destroy it and fire any involved in “leaking.”
