From Oct. 30:
Sgt. Bergdahls Sentence May Be Lighter Because of Trumps Comments
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3599944/posts
Trump was not the president and in the chain of command. He was a civilian. He was a real estate guy. His opinion was a civilians opinion. There is no way that unlawful command influence applies to the comments of a civilian.
This is disgraceful cowardice on the part of the judge
“From Oct. 30:
Sgt. Bergdahls Sentence May Be Lighter Because of Trumps Comments”
I called it here on Oct. 25.
This judge was just looking for any excuse, I don’t think it mattered in the end.
And, hard as it is, properly so. The President, and all political leaders, have no place commenting on pending criminal matters. I see all the comments on the linked thread denouncing the judge. I voted for Trump and would have crawled over broken glass to do so. But wake up, people, this sentence is the Presidents fault and he also needs to clam up about the Terrorist from the other day or he’s going to screw that up, too.
The above from our Lying Leftist friends at the NYT. NYT = Not Yielding to Truth
Shouldn't we know by now that Lying Leftist Media outlets like the NYT that proved themselves during the 2016 campaign to be operatives of the DNC are intentional liars? They are presumed to be lying and we should presume what they publish is a lie. The presumption can only be rebutted with the outlet providing clear and convincing evidence they are not lying.
In this case, pray tell, how was citizen Trumps harsh criticism of Sgt. Bergdahl, which was more than justified, responsible for this Obama-loving judge's lighter sentence?
his day is coming.
