He almost sounded like he was trying to imply it was som kind of gay lovers quarrel. I worked with a lot of gay guys in NYC years ago, who thought everyone was gay, they were just repressing it better than they were. lol Seriously, it was odd the way he was saying it and it reminded me of talking to gay guys back when I lived in NYC. Like everything revolved around being gay or hiding it.
If you can see the perp’s facebook page, you’ll understand the motive. He’s a left wing fruitcake!
I guess he’s taken over the ‘goofy’ idioms department from Dan Rather...................
The neighbor is a total fruitcake..................maybe he can claim insanity................
That’s my complaint about Shep in this case. If he’d dug a little farther, he’d have excerpts from the thug’s Facebook page that make it look a lot like a politically motivated assault, as he would if the victim were a DemonRat senator. At that;ooknt it’s a terrorism case. This is not the time for Senator Paul to be a good Christian and forgive the terrorist. Too many Trump supporters are being assaulted and assassinated.
Right! Like all drive-bys, he’s lazy.
I don’t do facebook. You mean the neighbor is a fag?
What does that even mean?
I doubt that is why. Paul was hurt pretty bad, he would normally want the guy to pay a big penalty. My bet is that the reason for the beef is something embarassing to Paul, and he doesn't want to make the incident into a big thing.
OK. I guess we disagree.
“Rand Paul himself wanted to downplay this to protect his idiot neighbor from the national media circus...”
Yes, Rand Paul wanted to protect the man who tried to kill him.
Nothing more than a guess but Ill bet Rand Paul himself wanted to downplay this to protect his idiot neighbor from the national media circus.
Interesting take, thanks. I’d agree with being hypersensitive to “issues” we have strong feelings about as I’m sure Shep has for his “not my choice” lifestyle ;)
Years ago, I watched what turned out to be the only time I ever watched Oprah. She had some gays on her show, and while she was lovingly supportive of them, one explained that there were only two types of men: those who were gay and those who wanted to be but did not have the courage.
Yes, I hate to jump to conspiracy theories but this works out great for the Democrats in the Senate.
How did I misquote you? I did not quote you at all.
Were you aware of Boucher’s lawyer’s statement when you posted? It seems at least somewhat to support your POV:
“The unfortunate occurrence of November 3rd has absolutely nothing to do with either’s politics or political agendas,” he added. “It was a very regrettable dispute between two neighbors over a matter that most people would regard as trivial. We sincerely hope that Senator Paul is doing well and that these two gentlemen can get back to being neighbors as quickly as possible.”
Good. And I pray the POS gets 10 years.
Okay, my mistake.
OK, you didn’t quote me at all.
