Fwiw, I firmly believe your speculation to be exactly right. Not that there was any possible justification for the flying tackle, of course. Just that there has been something simmering on Boucher’s side re Paul’s view of property rights. Much as I despise HOAs, if you buy into one, you must observe the rules.
