The only time I do not wear socks or stockings I am wearing sandals.
I understand it in poorer countries but in the first world stocking should be worn.

It’s the thing now. I can’t remember the last time I saw a woman with stockings or hose on. 4 or 5 years maybe? I’m female but don’t do dresses so none here.
