That would be pretty neat! Fuel and maintenance costs are high and will continue to go up, though. With a little shop and software development experience, though, one could outfit a cheap little car with pieces of aluminum armor in select spots, a semi-auto weapon and image comparator target acquisition: one round per hit. Good project for tuners.

Delete that. Trailer park lowtechs could build something with electromagnetic internal ballistics (rail). Let’s go all the way. Those Ayrab battle wagons in the ME weren’t so great. Western technical minds can do much better.
